Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

We offer a 15-day free trial so you can evaluate the software. As such, payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical errors on a case-by-case basis.
